Local details.

Personalise approved designs without rebuilding them for every location.

Group control.

Keep campaign artwork and selected orders under the right approval rules.

The right range for every dealership and department.

Sales teams need business cards and campaign materials. Service departments need their own stationery, signage and workwear. Different dealerships may represent different brands.

Explore Product Visibility

Make local changes without rebuilding the campaign.

Let users enter permitted dealership addresses, contact details, event dates or local campaign information. Your agreed design elements stay controlled, with a proof to review before ordering.

Group marketing maintains the templates, reducing repetitive artwork requests while keeping local materials consistent with the range you have approved.

Explore the Artwork Builder

Check the campaign before it goes to print.

Send selected artwork customisations, products or order values for approval. Relevant managers can check the design, quantities, costs and delivery details before accepting the request.

Allow suitable routine purchases to proceed automatically, while keeping oversight where your group needs it.

Explore Admin Order Approvals

Supply the whole group without distributing it yourself.

Send posters, flyers and other materials to several dealerships in one checkout. Choose saved addresses and assign what each location needs, with delivery costs clear before ordering.

Regularly used products can be held in our UK warehouses for smaller call-offs. Live stock levels help teams see what is available.

Explore Split Deliveries

A new campaign. Ready for every dealership.

An example of coordinating a dealership event across your group.

Prepare the approved designs.

Group marketing adds the event artwork and makes the relevant products available. Templates allow permitted dealership details and local event information.

Order for each dealership.

Local teams order their requirements, or a central team allocates one order between sites. Users review the artwork, with approval where configured.

Deliver to the campaign locations.

We produce or dispatch the materials to the selected addresses. Teams return to the portal for repeat supplies or further available stock.

Automotive Web2Print questions, answered.

How dealership artwork, product access, approvals and campaign delivery work together.

Dealership ordering

What is a Web2Print portal for an automotive business?

An automotive Web2Print portal is a branded online ordering system for the print and branded products your business uses. Dealership users select from an agreed catalogue, personalise artwork where permitted and place orders under your rules. Print Portals supports the production, stockholding and fulfilment of those materials for your group.

Can a dealership group use one print portal for several locations?

Yes. Your group can organise approved materials in one portal while giving each location access to its relevant range. Local users can place their own orders, and a central team can also coordinate purchases for several dealerships. Product visibility, artwork permissions and approval responsibilities are configured around your group.

Can we keep different vehicle-brand artwork ranges separate?

Yes. Product Visibility can show or hide categories and products for particular dealerships, user groups, roles or named users. This lets a multi-brand group organise separate artwork and product ranges within the same portal. Your team supplies the designs and requirements for each brand, and we configure access around the users who need them.

Can sales and service departments see different products?

Yes. Sales, service and other teams can have access to different ranges. For example, sales users might see business cards and campaign print, while a service department sees its relevant stationery, signage and clothing. Shared products can be made available to the appropriate groups without exposing every range to every user.

What automotive marketing materials can we order through the portal?

Your agreed catalogue can include showroom posters, event flyers, sales folders, business cards, stationery, signage, branded workwear and merchandise. We review the products and specifications your group uses before agreeing the range and pricing. The portal can hold both regularly ordered materials and products for planned campaigns or events.

Can dealership staff reorder standard materials without emailing group marketing?

Yes. Authorised users can order the catalogue products available to them, with the artwork already linked to those products. Where personalisation is permitted, they enter the relevant details and review a proof. Your approval rules still apply, allowing suitable routine orders to proceed while selected requests go for sign-off.

Artwork and approvals

Can we personalise dealership addresses and contact details on templates?

Yes. Artwork Builder templates can expose permitted local details, such as the dealership address, contact information, event date or other agreed campaign fields. Other design elements can remain controlled. Users generate and review a proof before ordering, and customised orders can require approval where your group needs that review step.

Can our marketing team control which parts of a campaign design can change?

Yes. Templates are configured around the artwork and editing permissions you agree. Users can change the fields made available to them while other elements remain controlled. This helps group marketing provide a consistent starting point for local materials, rather than asking each dealership to create its own version of the design.

Can group marketing review customised dealer artwork before production?

Yes. Approval can be required for orders containing Artwork Builder customisations. Relevant approvers can inspect the artwork alongside the products, quantities, pricing and delivery details. Orders requiring sign-off stay on hold until accepted, giving your team an opportunity to review local content before the order proceeds.

Can we update campaign artwork for future dealership orders?

Authorised Artwork Managers can upload a replacement PDF, review the artwork checks and approve the updated catalogue design. The new version becomes available for future orders of that product. They can also add new designs using preset specifications and pricing. Artwork already attached to an existing order remains with that order.

Can our designers upload finished PDFs rather than use templates?

Yes. Upload Your Own Artwork lets users choose a preset product, upload a print-ready PDF and review the checks and preview before adding it to the basket. Checks include dimensions, page count, bleed and crop marks. Your portal can offer this alongside editable templates for routine dealer personalisation.

Can print orders follow dealership or group approval rules?

Approval rules can be configured around users, product categories, order values and Artwork Builder customisations. Approver permissions can combine user groups and product categories, allowing responsibilities to reflect your organisation. Trusted users and selected routine purchases can proceed automatically, while requests requiring approval remain on hold until accepted.

Stock, delivery and setup

Can one campaign order be split between several dealerships?

Yes. Split Deliveries lets you divide quantities of the same product between addresses or send different products to different destinations in one checkout. Select the relevant locations, allocate the materials and review quantity checks, delivery costs and any additional lead time before ordering. The address and product allocations are recorded with the order.

Can we save dealership addresses for repeat campaign deliveries?

Yes. The address book lets users choose saved delivery locations rather than entering the same details for each campaign. New addresses can also be added during checkout. This helps the team start with its established dealership locations before allocating the quantities each site needs.

Can we hold common printed materials in stock for dealers to call off?

Suitable products can be produced in bulk and stored in our UK warehouses. Authorised teams can then call off smaller quantities through the portal. Live stock levels show what is available, while low-stock notifications help plan replenishment. We agree stockholding around the products, quantities and frequency of artwork changes your group requires.

Can orders be allocated to dealership teams and budgets?

Your portal can be configured around how purchases are paid for and allocated across relevant dealerships, teams and budgets. Prepaid stock can appear at £0 for authorised call-offs, while other products show an agreed cost. Reporting can show who is ordering stock and where it is going, supporting the arrangements established for your group.

Do you charge a portal subscription for each dealership or user?

Print Portals does not charge portal setup fees, an ongoing portal subscription or a per-user platform fee. Your business pays for products and any applicable delivery or additional services under the agreed order arrangements. Requirements for new locations, users and product ranges can be reviewed as your group develops.

How do we set up a print portal for our automotive group?

We begin with your brands, dealerships, departments and current ordering process. Share your existing artwork, products and specifications so we can agree the range and pricing. We then configure visibility, templates, payment and approval requirements, review stockholding and delivery needs, and help users get familiar with ordering through the portal.

Keep dealerships moving. Cut the print admin.

Tell us how your group orders its branded materials. We’ll help you create a simpler process, with no portal setup fees or subscription.
